CONGREGANTS’ SIGNIFICANT LIFE EVENTS

Tree of Life: 

The Tree of Life, located in Ner Shalom's Oneg Room, began as a way to thank those in the community who helped establish Ner Shalom's permanent home in Cotati. It is now used to help us continue to flourish as it celebrates or honors life events. Via a tax-deductible donation of $180.00, you can honor a special life event or commemorate the death of a loved one with one of the following: 

• A simcha (joy) leaf honors a special life event

• A pomegranate celebrates a B.Mitzvah

• A dove can also commemorate the death of a loved one

Memorial Wall: 
Our sages tell us that the best memorial for a loved one who has died is to donate tzedakah (charity) in their memory. You can dedicate a Memorial Plaque, which will bear the name and date of the death of a loved one, with a $200 tax-deductible contribution.

To order a leaf, pomegranate, or dove for our Tree of Life or a Memorial Plaque, please complete the form below. 

Payment: 

To submit your tax-deductible donation, you can mail a check to Congregation Ner Shalom, 85 La Plaza, Cotati, CA 94931 (please state Tree of Life or Memorial Plaque in the memo line). You can also make a donation via our website here.
