“Where Olive Trees Weep” is a profoundly moving and challenging film, documenting the ongoing trauma experienced by Palestinians living in Gaza and the occupied West Bank. Filmed before October 7th, 2023 and the Gaza War, it explores stories of Israeli military violence against Palestinians, the effect of ongoing trauma, and possible paths for healing.
Filmmakers Zaya and Maurizio Bennazo join us in person for a discussion facilitated by Rabbi Irwin following the screening.
