Ner Shalom's Social Justice Café

Remember, remember always, that all of us, you and me are descended from immigrants and revolutionists.”  Franklin D. Roosevelt

The US has long been held as a nation of immigrants, yet at this moment in time the current administration is waging cruel and inhumane actions against those asking for entry into our country.

Join us for a day of action as local immigration organizations share the work they are doing and offer us  ways to help and get involved. Learn about the history of  Jewish immigration. Hear first hand from people who have recently immigrated and some who now have their citizenship.

Sing with us. Peruse the art installation by local artist Jami Taback. Eat delicious organic Jewish food. And bring your good luck because we are having a fantastic raffle to raise money for one of our local organizations and to fund future social action events and community needs.

No scents, please!
